Privacy Notice

A short, honest list of what this site actually stores — no trackers, no ads, no analytics. Last updated 15 October 2026.

What we collect

Discord sign-in. When you sign in, Discord shares your user ID, username, avatar and which servers you are in. We store those so the site can recognise you and grant your roles (member of the CSRP guild, or admin for staff).

Applications. Everything you write in an allowlist application (citizenship, LSPD, EMS, DOJ) is stored so staff can review it.

Support tickets. The subjects and messages you send through the ticket system, so we can answer and keep a record of resolutions.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no fingerprinting and no payment data — this site has no payments. We never see or store your Discord password; sign-in happens on discord.com.

Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie, csrp_session, a signed token that keeps you signed in for 30 days. Your browser also remembers (in local storage only) that you dismissed the announcement banner. Details in the Cookie Policy.

How it is stored and who can see it

Data lives in a MongoDB database. Site administrators can read applications and tickets — that is the point of an allowlist — and we treat what you write in them as confidential within staff. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it, and we share it only when legally required.

Retention and your choices

Sign out clears the session cookie at any time. To have your account data, applications or tickets deleted, ask through a support ticket or ping staff on Discord — we will remove what we can and tell you what must stay for ban-evasion records.

Changes

If this notice changes, the current version always lives on this page with its date. This site is operated by its volunteer staff; Discord itself is governed by its own privacy policy.
